What We Do

Established in 2007, Dr. Sofia’s Daycare and Learning Center was the first enterprise of its kind in the city of Karachi. We realize that working mothers and fathers are both becoming a strong pillar for our country’s growing economy so it is our privilege to support them and provide their children with a completely safe daycare and learning program. We are committed to providing a safe, stimulating, and above all, caring environment for children ranging between the age of forty days and up to 12 years. We understand the obstacles that today’s educated working parents face with regards to child care. Hence, making sure that our well-equipped team of trained and experienced professionals are ready to address your every concern and fortify your trust in us. Our focus is to provide a clean, secure and encouraging educational experience that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

As a private daycare center, we are operational for nearly 12 hours a day (7:30pm to 7:00pm) and we cater to children between the ages of 2 weeks to 12 years. In addition to the day care we offer the following services:
• Morning Preschool Classes ranging from Playgroup to Kindergarten
• Morning Prepatory Classes for Kindergarten Students
• Evening After-School Learning Support and Recreational classes

Our educational program is a well-balanced mix of Emergent Program, Montessori Teaching and is also focusing on Howard Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences Theory of learning. We also offer an Intensive Preparatory Program for your child to qualify in the leading private schools in the city.

We strive to provide the children with an encouraging educational experience, along with emotional, social and cognitive skills that shall benefit them, their families and their communities.
